How long does delivery take?
Most bundles arrive within a few seconds. During very busy periods it can take a few minutes. You can watch the progress on the order status page.
Can I buy for someone else?
Yes. Enter the phone number that should receive the data — it does not have to be your own number. Just make sure the network matches the bundle you picked.
What if the data does not arrive?
Open the order status page with your reference and phone number. If the order shows a delivery problem, contact support with your reference and we will either redeliver or refund you.
Do you keep my payment details?
No. Payments are processed entirely by Paystack. We never see or store your card or Mobile Money details.
